The Jersey Coast Figure Skating Club hosts several U.S. Figure Skating test sessions each year. The test structure is the guide utilized by U.S. Figure Skating, and measures the skill level of each skater for basic skills and competition. JCFSC offers test sessions in moves in the field, free skate, pairs, and ice dance. The highest level that can be achieved in each discipline is passing senior level, also noted as a “gold” test. Skaters who pass gold tests earn the title of “U.S. Figure Skating Gold Medalist.”
